Kristen Leroux

Kristen Leroux was appointed Vice President and Regional Executive for Canada and Latin America at Lockheed Martin in July 2025. With a strong background in business transformation, she builds trusted high performing teams rooted in a collaborative client-centric approach, for sustainable business growth.
In her role, Kristen leads Lockheed Martin’s strategy and customer engagement across Canada and Latin America to meet the evolving needs of clients and is continuing to evolve and build on the company’s strong legacy in both regions. She is focused on strengthening collaboration with government, industry, and community partners to deliver advanced and sustainable defence capabilities aligned with regional priorities.
Kristen is passionate about connecting customer expectations with business capabilities, navigating complex environments, and positioning organizations for long-term success.
Her approach emphasizes innovation, strategic alignment, and operational excellence, supported by purposeful internal and external engagement aimed at building trusted relationships and creating new opportunities to grow the business in a rapidly evolving environment.
From 2020 to 2025, she led DXC Technology Canada, driving business growth and delivering complex solutions aligned with evolving market needs.
Prior to that, from 2002 to 2020, Kristen built a 18-year career at IBM Canada, where she held multiple senior leadership roles, including oversight of the defence and public safety portfolio.
Kristen holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program.
Stephen Isaacs
General Manager, Lockheed Martin Canada Rotary & Missions Systems (RMS)
Stephen Isaacs joined Lockheed Martin Canada in May 2026, with over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in the defence industry with a proven ability to drive results with vision, passion, dedication and determination. Most recently, Stephen served as the General Manager for the MAPPS Global Business Unit within L3Harris, with accountability for Profit & Loss across all sites and programs.
As General Manager of Lockheed Martin Canada Rotary and Missions Systems, Stephen is responsible for program execution, growth strategy and capture, aligned to Lockheed Martin’s overall growth strategy. In addition to overall Profit & Loss responsibility within his portfolio, including all CMS 330 domestic and International programs, Stephen will be accountable to provide day-to-day executive leadership for 900+ employees in Canada spanning several locations.
Stephen completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Queen’s University and has a master of business administration (MBA) from the Telfer School of Management.
Michael Baker
Site Manager, Lockheed Martin Skunk Works® in Calgary
Michael (Mike) Baker is the Site Manager at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works in Calgary.
Mike began his career at CDL Systems in 2001 as a software engineering intern and moved into a full-time software engineering role in 2002. In 2005, Mike was appointed Lead Software Developer for the VCS-4586 software product where he led the integration with the US Army’s Universal Ground Control Station (UGCS) program. Lockheed Martin acquired CDL Systems in 2012. In 2016, he was appointed Program Manager for the VCSi software product and oversaw its integration with several industry-leading UAVs. In February 2022, Mike was appointed as General Manager for the Calgary-based team. In 2023, CDL Systems joined Lockheed Martin Skunk Works.
Mike graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
